We have 2 training sessions.
Wednesday 7.00pm – 9:30pm. Our main training session for both seniors and juniors, typically consisting of warm-up, footwork practice, followed by fencing and lessons. During this time they can also receive training from a club coach in one-to-one lessons. Beginners follow a similar course for the first 4 weeks or so to receive training in basic fencing technique.
Friday 7.00pm – 9.30pm. This is an uncoached session for our senior fencers, particularly for those who compete.
